Areas of experience include distribution companies, restaurant operations, equipment dealers, manufacturing companies, as well as bankruptcy and litigation support.

He co-founded WSRP January 1, 1985 and manages all firm technology applications, quality control, and peer reviews. His industry experience includes construction, manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, real estate development, technology, and non-profit organizations.

Experience: Steve has been practicing public accounting for 26 years, all of which have been with the firm. He has extensive experience in the automotive dealers, construction, manufacturing, retail, and restaurant industries. His practice is focused on working with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and various state tax commissions. He served as court appointed custodian for a private club. Steve is currently on the Board of Trustees of The Hope Alliance.

Experience: Along with his designation as a CPA, Keith also holds the following business valuation credentials: Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He directs the firm's tax and business valuation practices. He has been involved with business valuations since the mid-1980s. He has experience as an expert witness in the areas of business valuation, partnerships and estates. Keith is a former board member of the UACPA, a current chair of the Governor's Tax Review Commission and is a tax policy advisor for the last three Utah governors. He is also a past President of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.

Experience: Greg has worked in the accounting industry for more than twenty-seven years. He spent 10 years with an international "big four" accounting firm in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, followed by six years with one of his former clients as chief financial officer. Greg has been with WSRP since 1998. Greg really enjoys accounting and taxes and spends a lot of time staying current and learning about new areas of tax law. Greg's practice includes high net-worth individuals and closely held businesses in various industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, tax-exempt organizations, restaurant and retail. Greg was a "big-four" firm-wide specialist in state and local taxation and has significant experience representing taxpayers and resolving problems with the IRS and other taxing agencies. Greg has even done some work in various areas of foreign taxation. Greg also served on the Corporate Tax Force of the Governor's Tax Review Commission to rewrite the Utah corporation tax laws in the early 1990's and continues to serve on various task forces involved with writing tax law for the Utah Legislature.

Experience: Val has held executive positions in business and government and has had several accounting practice roles with CPA firms over his 33 year career, Val is the former National Taxpayer Advocate of the IRS in Washington, D.C. where he directed the nationwide effort to help taxpayers who had problems with the IRS. Val directed the Utah State Tax Commission as Chairman, where he was responsible for establishing tax administrative policy, deciding appeals, and directing the operating of the Commission. Val started his accounting career with Squire, Squire and DeBry in Orem, Utah and has been a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a Consultant with KPMG. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Centurion Bank.
