His industry specialties include commercial and residential real estate development and construction, affordable housing, state and local governments, heavy duty retail and wholesale equipment distributors, wholesale and retail businesses and distributors, high tech industries, highway contractors, mortgage banking, insurance brokers, oil and gas retailers and wholesalers, steel fabricators, restaurants and various others. Randy is a specialist in the affordable housing real estate development industry which includes cost certifications of HUD and Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, cost segregations, energy credits, and solar credits.
